Our Candles
Our hand-poured candles are crafted in small batches from 100% soy and beeswax. Our beeswax is certified organic and we will soon be switching to a certified organic soy wax. Our USA-native natural wooden wicks are sourced from Forest-Stewardship Council approved mills, providing a clean and long-lasting burn that will fill your home with delightful scents.

Our Packaging and Shipping Materials
As a business, we believe it is our duty to reduce our ecological impact, and yours! Our ongoing mission towards sustainability involves using zero single use plastics, providing you with products you can recycle, reuse, or compost. It is our goal by next year to remove and replace any plastic packaging to truly sustainable options, like responsibly sourced and FSC certified papers, plant based materials produced from sustainable sources, and home compostable bags and wraps. Our goals do not stop with plastics. We strongly believe in the importance of using responsibly sourced paper from FSC certified sources, using PCR materials, up-cycling, and limiting the use of unnatural petroleum based inks used for printing marketing and shipping materials. Together we can reduce plastic waste and choose responsibility sourced materials that reduce our negative impact on our world!
Our smaller hand-crafted soaps, wax melts, shower steamers, and bath salts are currently packaged in Eco Clear bags that are made from a renewable plant-based material and are commercially compostable*. In the next few months we will be transitioning to home compostable bags and wraps! Our larger 4.5 oz hand-crafted soaps are wrapped in bands provided by Greener Printer. They are made from USA sourced 30% post-consumer waste/FSC®-certified virgin fiber paper and printed using vegetable based inks. All of our soap samples are packaged neatly in FSC certified, curbside recyclable, plastic free, glassine bags made from renewable sources straight from our EcoAllies at EcoEnclose!
We’ve also teamed up with One Tree Planted, to give you the opportunity to plant one or more trees with your order! We take pride in using mostly PCR (post consumer recycled) materials to pack your beautiful products safely.
Our Eco-Mission Goals
We have covered the positives, now let's discuss our goals. At present, we provide four products that are sold in plastic packaging- our moisturizing lip balms, luxury lotions, body butters, and night creams.
Our Luxury Lotions are currently packaged in #2 recyclable HDPE plastic bottles. Although the bottle is fully recyclable and one of the easiest plastic polymers to recycle, we understand that it is not a sustainable solution for bottling our eco-friendly products. We are actively searching for more eco-conscious packaging options for our Luxury Lotions. As soon as we sell out our current stock, we hope to introduce a new, truly sustainable bottling option.
Our 3.5 oz and 4 oz night creams and our 4 oz body butters are currently sold in one jarring option, a #1 PET recyclable plastic jar. Our goal is to switch to reusable glass jars with aluminum lids exclusively by the end of 2024. *Update as of 5/25/2024 - We have filled all of the #1 PET plastic jars. We will be switching gears to begin packaging our 4 oz night creams and body butters into glass jars*
Our lip balms are our third product that is sold in plastic packaging.
Our aim is to transition to fully home compostable bags and wraps, provided by our eco-partners at Clearbags, by the end of 2024. This change will replace the commercially compostable ones we currently use.
